The preferred language for the conference is English.

Guidelines for the oral presentation :

Time: 20–30 minutes oral talk with time for discussion

Formats: projected slides (Microsoft PowerPoint or pdf)

Languages: Support in English and presentation in English or French

Guidelines for posters :

Format: A0 (portrait preferred, but landscape accepted)

Languages: English preferred, but French accepted
